Our Products

A wide range of wear-resistant products to help your plant run more efficiently, preventing unplanned, costly downtime caused by excessive wear.

Products

Materials built to outlast abrasion.

01

Alumina Ceramic Material

High-hardness alumina ceramic supplied in a range of shapes and sizes to suit your equipment, bonded to steel to protect it from abrasive wear and extend component life.

Typical use cases

  • Lining pipes
  • Lining cones
  • Lining chutes
  • Flat, conical and corner-shaped profiles (more available on request)

Silicon Carbide Material

Silicon carbide is our material of choice where abrasion and impact are both severe. Reaction-bonded silicon carbide protects the highest-wear areas of cyclones and distribution boxes, while nitride-bonded silicon carbide is better suited to high-temperature applications.

Typical use cases

  • Very high-wear and impact areas
  • Cyclone and distribution box linings
  • Circular, corner and flat profiles (more available on request)

Basalt Lining Material

A hard-wearing lining material for pipelines carrying abrasive slurries over long distances, giving a long-lasting, cost-effective wear surface.

Typical use cases

  • Transfer pipelines
  • Tailings lines
  • Abrasive slurry transport

Cyclone Replacement Parts

Wear parts engineered to extend cyclone life, planned against our site wear audits so replacements are on site before they are needed, not after a failure.

Typical use cases

  • Cyclone spigots and cones
  • Distributor box outlet nozzles
  • Cyclone feed circuit components
  • Planned maintenance around real wear data

Ceramic Rubber Bonded Hoses / Panels

The flexibility of rubber with the wear life of ceramic, for the most abrasive slurry duties. A ceramic tile wear layer bonded into a tough rubber body gives long service life where vibration, movement or tight routing rule out rigid lined pipe.

Typical use cases

  • Ceramic wear life — alumina ceramic bonded into the rubber resists severe abrasion
  • Flexibility — absorbs vibration and misalignment where rigid pipe can't
  • Reduced noise — rubber backing dampens impact and operating noise
  • Lighter weight — easier handling and installation than lined steel
  • Made to spec — lengths, diameters and flange types to suit your plant
  • Mining applications — slurry lines, tailings, mill discharge and pump connections
